Prep Work

Our prep work is a very important part of making our paint job last. We first concentrate of  getting your house ready before we start painting it.

  • First we pressure wash your house to get it clean from dirt and mildew
  • Second we scrape and prime where needed
  • Third, we caulk all joints that are separating on trim and siding
  • fourth, we mask the windows to protect from paint
  • Bushes are covered with drop cloths or thin Vis queen

Painting Process

The exterior painting services third phase is the actual painting of the house. Which includes spraying the siding and some of the trim.  Some trim will have to be brushed. Especially in tight places where spraying can’t be safely done.  This phase also includes the following:

  • Covering light fixtures with plastic and tape
  • Covering plants and flowers to protect from overspray
  • Spraying siding first but sometimes the soffits will be sprayed first
  • Then spraying and brushing of trim
  • Checking and making sure we have proper coverage and evenness of paint
  • Take down of all protective plastics and tape
