After being in business for 40 years I learned a lot from experience in the painting and repair business. I think the most important thing I’ve learned is just how important it is to understand a customers need and desires from the very beginning of the planning stage. It’s important to know what they want, what will make them happy, and will my painting service accomplish these things. Making their home look knew again is important to me and I know it’s very important to them.
